Choose your size

For standard hallways, leave 3–6″ of floor visible on each side. For wider hallways, 4–8″ works best.

Because each piece is woven by hand — and because the pattern must finish complete — final dimensions may run up to ½–1″ larger than the size selected. This is intentional and part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Turquoise has no business this far east. Good thing it didn't ask permission.

Turquoise Meic runs the same repeating structure — diamond medallions with bold cross centers alternating with mirrored chevron bands — across a warm cream ground, this time in deep burgundy and vivid turquoise. The combination is arresting: the burgundy grounds the piece with real weight while the turquoise cuts through it with a clarity that stops you cold. A stepped southwestern border in burgundy closes each end, the same richness that runs through the field.

Woven in Kanpur, India — a city known the world over as the Leather City — Turquoise Meic is made to order by master artisans whose craft has been passed down through generations. Every piece is conceived in-house by Tom and Joseph Meic and brought to life by hand on traditional looms.

Because each piece is woven entirely by hand, Turquoise Meic is imperfectly perfect. Slight variations in texture, tension, and tone are not flaws — they are the signature of something genuinely made. No two runners are identical, and that is exactly the point.

Materials & construction
Fiber Natural and synthetic yarns — New Zealand wool, synthetic, or a blend, specified per piece at production
Construction Inspired by western saddle pad weaving — reimagined for the home
Origin "Leather City" — Kanpur, India
Vacuuming Brushless recommended
Care

Vacuum regularly with a brushless attachment. Blot spills promptly with a damp cloth and mild soap — never saturate. Over time, a loose yarn may rise above the surface. Never pull it, and never cut down into the rug; instead, lift it lightly and trim it level with the surface. Air dry only. Not suited to wet or outdoor spaces.

Like every handwoven piece, your rug or runner will gently shift, settle and soften with time and use. It's part of its organic character, and what makes it yours.

Shipping & returns

Each rug and runner ships separately via FedEx 2Day, $250 per piece.
