These Terms of Service apply to everything you buy from So Shexy, LLC ("So Shexy," "we," "us") through soshexy.com. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions before you buy, please email, call or text us. We're happy to help.
Our Products
Our rugs and runners are handwoven to order by artisan weavers. Our vessels and botanicals are handmade or handpicked. Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in size, pattern and color are natural, and no two pieces are exactly alike. These variations are part of what makes each piece special and are not defects.
Colors shown on our site are mockups. Actual colors will vary from what you see on your screen. Custom colors are available on request, and yarn choices are made through photos. Physical samples can be mailed at an additional cost.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products or availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Rush orders may be possible at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Changes to an order may or may not be possible after 24 hours. See our Refund Policy for details.
Payment
Payment is due in full when you place your order. Buy now, pay later options are offered at checkout through third-party providers, and their own terms apply.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Our Designs
All designs, photos, text and other content on this site belong to So Shexy and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, So Shexy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your use of our site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
